EU Coordination Department in the Ministry of Labor and Social Security as the Contracting Authority (CA) maintains the website at www.ikg.gov.tr to enhance public access to information related to Human Recourses Development. This form of communication may not be regarded as an official method for liaising with the CA.

CA lays great emphasis on that the timeliness and accuracy of information and data on its web site are ensured. Nevertheless, these pieces of information and data shall not be regarded as commitment on CA's side, and the CA does not accept responsibility or guarantee related to the documents on its site.

In case of tenders, only documentation in the format used in official procedures received from the advertiser of the tender shall be regarded as official information. Documents and data do not replace or otherwise invalidate the content of notices provided officially in the usual process of tendering procedure in verbal, written or any other direct method.

Though the CA strives to ensure, it cannot guarantee that access to its web site will be free of disruption and error, and does not take on any responsibilities for perceived or real damages due to disruption in connection or inaccessibility (lack of internet information).

The official language of Human Recourses Development tenders is English; the Turkish translation is only for information.
